For graduation season and peak summer weekends, we recommend booking as early as you can. Earlier notice gives you the best chance of reserving the size you need.

Yes, if there is a reasonably level, clear area with enough room for the tent and access for setup. We’ll ask about the location before confirming the rental.

Our smallest listed tent is 20×20, which is 400 square feet and fits approximately 40 people using 10 square feet per person.

Setup timing depends on the event date, tent size, and our schedule. Contact us with your date and location, and we’ll let you know what is available.

Delivery and setup are quoted with the tent rental. If your location is farther away, we’ll include any travel cost clearly in the quote.

No. Midwest Tents rents tents only. Tables, chairs, electrical, lighting, air conditioning, and party supplies should be arranged separately.
